How long does delivery take?

We make to order. Your piece usually ships within 5 to 7 days; the exact lead time is shown on each product page.

Can I reorder?

Yes. Your designs are saved to your account, so you can reorder the same piece in one click.

Can I return an item?

Because pieces are personally engraved, we do not accept returns, except for a defect or an error on our side.

Are the reviews real?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every review comes from a confirmed purchase: whoever writes one gives the order number and the email the order was placed with, and we check both against a shipped order. We read every review before publishing it, and we never remove a review for being critical.

Question 7

I'm ordering as a business. What about VAT?

All prices include Dutch VAT, also on a business order. You check out like any other customer and receive a normal invoice that states the VAT amount separately, so you can reclaim it through your own VAT return.
