Shipping
We ship within the Netherlands with PostNL. Shipping is 4.95 euro, and free from 50 euro. Each product shows its own lead time; usually 5 to 7 days, since we make to order.
Returns
Because each piece is personally engraved for you, our products fall outside the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. We therefore do not accept returns on personalized pieces, except for a defect or an error on our side.
Reporting a defect
Something not right? Contact us within 14 days of receipt with a photo of the piece. For a valid claim we will remake it or refund you.
