Orders and pricing
Prices are in euro and always include 21 percent VAT (some products 9 percent). An order is formed after a successful payment.
Made to order and right of withdrawal
Our pieces are personally engraved and are therefore excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. While an order has the status Paid and has not yet gone into production, you can edit the design or cancel it.
Defects and refunds
We stand behind our work. For a defect or an error on our side, we remake the piece or refund you.
